30-Day Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a return and issue a full refund. No restocking fees. If a tool is not right for you, we will make it right.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible and ship it back using the instructions provided.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

Refund Details

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days after we confirm the return.
  • Original shipping costs are refunded if the return is due to a product defect or our error.
  • For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Conditions

  • Items should be returned in their original condition — unused and with original packaging intact where possible.
  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • Professional tools that have been used in a salon environment are eligible for return if there is a defect — but not for general change of mind after use.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a quality issue, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will replace the item or issue a full refund including shipping costs. A photo of the damage helps us file a carrier claim and improve our packaging.
